Has anyone setup 802.1x per user ACL's on a Cisco Switch?
I tried to configure downloadable IP ACL's but not working the documentation says its only supported from IOS ver 12.3(8)T.

What switch is in question?
SWitches do not leverage the "Downloadable IP ACLs" in ACS like VPN Concentrators, or PIX FWs do.
You would need to configure VSA [026\009\001] with the specific contents of the ACL.
