AAA Upgrade

Hi,

i am new to CSACS. I have 1113 appliance box.

I need to upgrade it to 4.2. How can I get the ACS SE 4.2 overall upgrade CD and ACS SE recovery DVD ? Is it available in Cisco site ? then which files should I download. I have CCO login.

Hi,

you will have to open a TAC case for the images.

TAC will publish the files to you depending on your contract if you are authorized for a major upgrade.

I am having CCO login. Cant I download the contents of the 4.2 recovery DVD from Cisco.com ? What does this DVD contain ?

Hi,

The ACS 4.2 recovery DVD is not available on CCO. hence you cannot download it. you will have to open a TAC case and get the software.

Recovery DVD contains the whole package to re-image the Appliance including the OS.

Hence open a TAC case in case you want the software.
