ACS 3.2.1 browsing issue - page cannot be displayed

I am having a problem trying to modify the group settings. When I click the group setup setting from the left panel I go to the next screen and can use the pull down menu to select a group to modify, but when I try and click the edit group option, I get a page cannot be displayed. I check the logs on the ACS server and the ACS services running in windows but there are no errors and the services are still running. I was able to edit the group settings when I initially installed ACS, but now I am unable. Any input would be appreciated.

The first thing to check is the proxy settings in your browser. Go into Internet Explorer > Tools >Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > ensure no proxy configuration is enabled as this can often cause problems with ACS.
