Greg-
I experienced some weird issues like that before and it ended up being the version of Java I was using.
Hope that helps.

If update java does not help and make sure you are running acs on the supported platform.
Example: 4.0 is not supported on win2003 Sp2.
I'm not sure if you are using acs windows or acs appliance.
Also if you are using https, please disable it and see if that makes any change.
Regards,
~JG

Hi Sirs,
Thanks a lot for the reply.
Client is already using java version 6 and I just verified with the client that the server they are using is windows 2003 with SP2 and this could be the cause of the problem.

Would it be possible to downgrade the Windows 2003 server from SP2 to SP1?
