I am trying to install a certificate for wireless PEAP. Everything work without errors but the peap do not work. When i look in the debug files, i see:
"EAP: CTL initialization failed"
Anybody came across this problem ?
Our certificate authority is a Microsoft server 2003.

Couple of suggestions:
1) Install latest 5.0 patch that includes some fixes for operations with wireless controllers. see http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/acs5_patches
2) Can see the results of authentications at following location:
Monitoring & Reports: Reports > Catalog > AAA Protocol > RADIUS_Authentication
Click on the details icon for the requests you made and will get a step break down of the processing of the request and also see the failure reason

Try to generate a self-signed certificate and simulate the same environment. If the PEAP could work with self-signed certificate and you can narrow down the problem scope and work on resolving it.
Just my suggestion
Thanks
