ACS 5.2/3.3/4.2 questions

I know that ACS 5.2 does not support maximum number of simultaneous sessions as of yet.  Is there a way to tell if I am exceeding the maximum user sessions?  I have about 50 clients authenticating to ACS 5.2 currently without problems, but also have ACS 3.3 also authenticating another 150 of the same clients because of non-support of max-sessions per user in 5.2.  How many simultaneous users with the same username and password can go onto 5.2 before it starts causing issues?  Also, is the 5.3 release still slated for a mid September release?

We've also been looking at ISE also.  Will ISE have the max-session issue if we move to it?  We haven't made the plunge to ISE yet because of lack of TACACS support, but I've heard that ISE will support it soon.

Lastly, can we migrate our 3.3 server to 4.x for free of do we have to buy it even though its EOS?

ACS 5.3 will have support for a feature called "Max user sessions" and will FCS in October.

There are currently no firm plans for TACACS+ support on ISE
