ACS 5.5 - TACACS Authentication - Drop Straight into Enable Mode

I successfully authenticate through ACS -->LDAP, but only get dropped into a non-enable prompt: Core1>
How can I get an Authenticated user directly into enable mode?
Let me know if you have any further quetsions.

Policy Elements - Device Adminstration- Shell Profiles:
Profil : Admin -> comman Tasks -
Default privilege : static , value: 15
Max privilege: static , value: 15
the others: No in Use

You need to have exec authorization configured on your router, for example:
aaa authorization exec default group tacacs+ local
