ACS 5.8.1 to ISE 2.2 migration tool stuck, any hints ?

I am trying to migrate a voluminous 5.8.1 config to ISE 2.2. The tool starts OK  but eventually gets stuck as per the below. Any hint appreciated.

Hi Dragan,

Were you able to complete the export?

If you have large number of network device, NDG etc the number of pre-defined objects takes a long time to export. Please give it a while for this to complete.
