ACS 5.8 Admin accounts and replication

Do ACS admin accounts get replicated to other instances in a deployment?  Or do I need to create them manually?

John,

Accounts created within ACS (i.e., from the GUI) will be replicated to the secondary server(s). The CLI accounts will not be replicated.

Thank you Javier... so once my aforementioned replication issue is resolved, that should be taken care of.
