ACS 5 Engine CLI mode access

Hi

i can't access to ACS CLI mode with SuperAdmin account.

I can log in on Web interface with the same User name and password but i can't access on CLI mode

anyone can help me to solve this problem please?

Hi,

What is the version of ACS5 you are using ?

The account which you have created via GUI might not work for CLI access , becuase the CLI and GUI logins are stored in different subsystems,

thank you for your reponse; i use ACS V 5.0.0.21

before I could access the CLI mode with the same username / password
I do not know what is the problem, is there a procedure to recover password for the CLI mode?
can i reset ACS to default factory via gui?
