ACS Accounting on File servee

I have ACS 4.0 on my network. I would like to achive following.

I have file server in my network which have very confidential data.

All users are access this server.

I want accouting that at wht time which users have accessed wht files .

is it possible using ACS.

I don't think ACS can do this or is designed for this job. There are many other softwares available that have a feature you are looking for. With Google I was able to find one,
