When attempting to map groups on existing W2K domain keep receiving error message "Failed to enumerate Windows Groups". Current login is at highest level on ACS appliance and domain can be seen but groups still not coming up when mapping is attempted. Found other strings with this issue but all dealing with ACS on a server not with new appliance.
One of the reasons I have seen this error pop up is failure to add the primary DNS suffix to the append list. See if you have done that. If that turns out not to be the problem, ensure that all trusts are 2-way.
