yes, you need change de registry of W2k:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco\CiscoAAAv3.2\CSRadius\ExtensionPoints\002\

AssociateWithVendors

Right-click the AssociateWithVendors key and choose New > Key 8. Name the key based on the UDV number so if RADIUS (Nortel_EAP) was in UDV 0 the key would be 100 and UDV 9 would be 109. In fact, looking at their registry, they will name it 100.
