ACS backup by clone

I intend to backup my customer ACS4.2 (now it is on VMware virtual host)as secondary by clone to another ACS server as backup.

I change the IP address of the cloned the server after , but it seems to be not work. Anyone who know what should I do after cloned server beside IP address?

What is not working? Are you not able to navigate to the acs admin page on port 2002? If so you may need to check and see if there are any restrictions on what ip addresses are able to connect to the admin interface, or check and see if you can only access the ACS on https.
