ACS disabled accounts cleaning

Could someone explain how to clean disabled accounts from ACS v3.3 database, if there is more than 1000 disabled accounts?

I don't think there is any method to disable all accounts in one shoot. I think you should disable them individually.

There is no problem to disable accounts. There are more than 1000 already disabled accounts under Reports And Activity/Disabled Accounts. The problem is how to clean these accounts from ACS. One idea is dump all users in one file and make a script to find out how to delete disabled users. But I think this is unreal. Is any other idea?
