ACS in an Extranet Managed IT Implementation

I'm curious if anyone has tried to implement and use ACS while providing Managed IT services to multiple clients network devices in an Extranet design? I'm suggesting this to prevent having to maintain multiple accounts and passwords for each clients network that is managed. Curious about the pro's and con's if connectivity is limited. We are implementing site to site VPN tunnels with SSL cert's either from a firewall or router depending on the client site.

While at Cisco I knew of at least 2 major multi-nationals offering "managed ACS" as part of their service.

Since joining extraxi I have come across another.

Can advise as to the specifics of any, but can say without doubt that it is done.
