Try re-downloading the patch and installing it again. Confirm the filesize too to make sure that the file completely downloaded. Also, issue show disk and ensure you have plenty of disk space left for the install to complete.

Hi Neno,
The file completely downloaded.
ACS disk space only use 1%.
File 5-3-0-40-8.tar.gpg: 437 Mb.
I don't know why I can't install this patch.
Thanks,

Interesting. Couple of more questions:
1. What type of repository are you using? I see that it is named "FTP..." but just want to make sure that you are not using TFTP
2. Have you tried installing a different patch? For instance 10 or 7?

Hi Neno,
I used FTP to install patch 8. ACS doesn't support TFTP for upgrading.
I will try to install another patch and see result.
Thank all.

Hi,
What FTP server are you using and were is the FTP server in relation to the ACS server? Is there a firewall in-between that interfering with the FTP. Are you using active or passive FTP on the server?.
Can you try using scp to install patches. I have installed both patch 9 and 10 using scp?
Thanks
John

Hi john,
I user FTP server to install patch. ACS related with FTP server. You can see, "show repository FTP_BK" on ACS. When I install patch by command "acs patch install...." , ACS use FTP protocol to get patch from FTP server, it download completely, but it can't install.
