Hi
We have acs 5.5.0.46.7, it is showing below error on cli
cisco acs Cannot make directory '/var/run/screen/S-adminms': No space left on device
Any idea ?

Looks like you are hitting:
CSCuq36829 ACS 5.5 - /var fills up to 100% causing instability on ACS
The workaround that is needed for it requires installing root patch (to have access to the OS) and apply fix there.
Can you paste the output of "show disks" ?

Is the /var drive 95% or more full? Failing that, has the /var drive ran out of ifnodes?
In either case, try removing some files (log files might be a good candidate).

/Var dir is not full, its showing only 22% used.
/var : 22% used ( 2035636 of 10095152)

Please find attached the output of show disks and ACS version details, should I upgrade to latest patch to fix the issue or we need to install root patch by TAC ?
