Do we need to test/do anything in order for ACS servers to survive leap year?

Hi Pavan,

Here is what we received from QA on testing leap year in ACS.

"We have done basic sanity testing for Leap year for ACS from ACS 5.4 to the latest version of ACS.

We didn't find any issues.”
