ACS 5.8 Upgrade question

Hi,

I have a customer who currently has ACS 5.2 on two 1121 appliances with no SmartNet or SAS. They want to upgrade to ACS 5.8 and want the following three options quoted:

1. Upgrade to ACS 5.8 on existing 1121 - (2 x CSACS-5.8SW-MR-K9= is what I currently have quoted, is this correct?)
2. Upgrade to ACS 5.8 as a VM on Vmware ESXi - Is it the same SKU as above and the VM/ISO file downloadable from Cisco.com?
3. Upgrade to ACS 5.8 on a SNS-3415 appliance

1. 2 x SNS-3415-K9

1. CSACS-3415-UP-K9

Please let me know if you need more clarity on the above. Need to get these options to the customer today so quick response appreciated.
