LDAP server. Then configure Authorization rule below that to assign the
correct rights.

What do you mean with "LDAP to ACS"?
My situation is that I already joined and connected to an AD server that I use for user authentication on RADIUS/TACACS services.
I would like to know if I can also use this external identity store to validate administrators that access to the ACS system itself.
Under 'System Administration' -> 'Accounts' it seems to me that you can just define local accounts.
