ACS not logging

So I have two ACS servers, one is logging and the other isnt. I cannot figure it out. All processes are running under "show application status ACS", including the view -collector. Im logging into TACACS successfully but its not showing any logs there or anywhere else. Ive rebooted it also.
Any ideas?

On the ACS that's not logging, check the logging configuration, and compare it against the workign system. Do you see any differences?
