Seems pretty straighfroward. You have two NTP servers configured and they are both available and synchronized at Stratum 5 to a 3rd server at 192.168.41.2. Your ACS is synchronized with the secondary NTP server.
What do you want to know about it other than what it tells you in the screenshot?
