ACS SE 4.2 and Time sync problems

Hello,

we have several ACS SE 4.2  (Release 4.2(0) Build 124 Patch 17) and I can not make any of these devices to sych their time through ntp.

System Configuration -> Appliance Configuration -> NTP Synchronization Enabled -> NTP servers

After I've specified sereval ip addresses ie "192.168.1.1 192.168.1.2"

I get this result:

Warning:

Synchronization was not successful with any of the NTP servers listed. Synchronization with these servers will be attempted every 45 minutes until successful as long as NTP synchronization is enabled.

All other network sevices work fine with these ntp servers.

No ntp authentication is configured

Any ideas?

How far is the appliance clock from the actual time?

The TIme Zone is the same.

The time is same same (delta in a minute) but still is not synchronized.

would you be so kind to specify devices ( ie ios routers, Windows DC.. any others) that can be used as ntp master for ACS SE?

It is just an NTP client, there are no restrictions on what you can use for the server.

Upgrading to 4.2.1(15) + patch 3 or later should fix your time synch problem.

You have 4.2.0, I recommended 4.2.1(15) plus patch 3 or later.
