ACS Upgrade License needed?

Hi,

in our enviroment we have two ACS installed on W2K3 Server. We have to upgrade from release 4.2 (0) build 124 to release 4.2.1.15-4.

Anyone can tell me if an upgrade license is needed?

Nothing needed no. Just download the 4.2.1 from cisco.com and go for it.

I' ve downloaded these two files:

Acs-4.2.1.15.4-SW.zip

ACS-4.2.1.15.4-Clean.zip

I've to use the first one (Acs-4.2.1.15.4-SW.zip) I suppose, right? In the zip there is an Exe File named Acs-4.2.1.15.4-SW.exe.
