ACS win v3.1 and Juniper

how do I add service = junos-exec to a user profile using ACS for windows. This is straight forward in the Unix ver (ACS 2.3.6) through the CLI but does not work within the Windows version. I need to enable authentication of the Juniper routers using the ACS.

It is possible to create a new T+ service and device command set (similar to shell & pixshell) specifically for junos.

This would allow ACS to support full NDG->DCS mapping with flexible command authorisation.
