ACS5.5 Identifing Remote Devices in ACS

When users at my site connect remotely, I can see there user name appear on my acs and the public IP. I also see cleintless in red right above their name in red with the same IP. So the ACS appears to be letting the user connect, then not identifying their device that they are connecting with. I hope this makes since. I know there is a better way of setting this up. Any help is welcome.

I am sorry but I am not 100% sure what the problem is here. Can you perhaps provide more details on what you are trying to do and what the issue is?

Thank you for rating helpful posts!

A vpn user can connect to the network and the log in the ACS will show the user's login name and Public IP address. That is fine for now. However, a clientless profile will appear in the log as well with the same Public IP address. The error will say Identity not found in store (paraphrasing. I am trying to figure out a way to either Identity the remote device or eliminate the client less entry from showing up.
