i have a question, about cisco ISE
to add a ip to monitoring the ISE only is in the CLI?
or i can add the ip in the GUI, i checked the documentation and appear information to add the ip only in the CLI

If you are asking about adding the PRTG server as an snmp-server host to monitor ISE using SNMP query/trap, that would be done only from the CLI.

I think @gabriel garciaf means that there is no way of seeing the IP address details in the ISE GUI (other than the IP address in Deployment page) - one has to log into the CLI to see the v4 subnet mask, default gw etc.
I agree - it should be a half-day job to code that up and make one summary table (kind of like Context Visibility) to show all the ISE IP Layer Details for the entire deployment. It's a pain to have to log into the CLI of each node to check these things.
