Hi Team,
Is it supported to add NIC's to ISE VM (VMWare 6.x) once ISE servers are already configured and introduced in production network? I assume a shutdown would be required to add the NIC's in VM container and on the next bootup ISE would discover new NIC's. I wanted to confirm if adding new NIC's won't corrupt ISE's configuration.
Cheers,
Chris

Yes, you are correct that ISE recognizes any newly added network adapters only after an OS restart. Please note that the adapters might not be numbered correctly if using VMXNET 3 and if more than 3 in total.

Yes, that is correct, it would require a restart of the ISE Server to allow for the detection of the new hardware. I have done this multiple times without issue.
