Try "Administrator" and password "setup".

I entered "Administrator" "setup" but it does not work.

Can somebody of Cisco say me the user and password ?

it does not work.

user: "Administrator", "admin", "Cisco", "cisco", " ", "setup".

password: " ", "cisco", "Cisco", "admin", "Admin", "Administrator", "administrador"...

nothing work...

The initial setup documentation for the ACS Solution Engine 3.2 appliance is here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps5338/products_installation_guide_chapter09186a008020301f.html#wp1065366

It clearly states that the username is "Administrator" and the password is "setup".

If you are installing ACS 3.2 on a Windows server then the setup will be different:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps2086/prod_installation_guide09186a0080184928.html

Is the server a member of a windows domain? If so, perhaps try an administrative userid in that domain with the username as "DOMAIN\UserID".

Other than that, no clue! Sorry...

Yes, the server is member of a windows domain and I'm install with this paper http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps2086/prod_installation_guide09186a0080184928.html

but I'm not able to enter... all service is up !!!

I'm probably way off the mark here, but:

1) Try creating a new local userid on the windows server itself, add it to the administrator group and try to log into ACS with it. On the ACS login page try using COMPUTERNAME\userid or just UserID.

2) Try creating a new administrative userid on the windows domain controller in active directory and login with that using DOMAIN\userid. This won't work unless you've followed the actions instructed in that paper.
