admitting guest to the wired network

What is the best authentication technique if we need to grant access to "guest users" on the wired network?

@bluesea2010 use ISE and require the users to authenticate via the Guest portal - https://integratingit.wordpress.com/2020/01/19/ise-guest-access/

Once the guests are authenticated either apply a DACL or use TrustSec SGACL to restrict their access.
