Advance security question - login

My default router is PT-Router in Packet Tracer and used the command (below)

and it displays unrecognized commands and invalid input.

login block-for 100 attempts 2 within 100

Is there any other way to restrict login attempts and minutes or should I just replace the router to 4331 and 2911?
