After putting dot1x on switchport user not able to access network (posturing in monitoring mode )

We are doing posturing in monitoring mode in ise.but after putting dot1x on switch port user not able to access anything.

Does it required the user should have full any connect agent installed on system ?

You do not need the full AnyConnect agent installed. But I think you are implementing it in a suboptimal order. I would:

1. Activate .1X in monitor mode and work through all issues.
2. Move to Low Impact mode (or closed mode based on your requirements) and again resolve any open issues
3. Now you can easily add posturing to your setup.
