Hello,

is it possible to install anyconnect nam agent on a windows server 2008 R8?

When trying I am getting error:

""There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor".

How can I install this agent on windows server?

Regards

Hello Kfir-

Windows Server is not a supported OS. For more information you can reference the release notes of AnyConnect. Here is a link for the latest (4.4) release:

I hope this helps!

Hello Neno,

Thank you for your response.

So what is the solution to authenticate sindows server with ISE?

only with Windows build-in supplicant?

You can use the Native Windows Supplicant instead. However, in general, it is not recommended that you run 802.1x on servers and data center type switches. The idea is that the servers and the switchports connecting them are protected well and not easily accessible. If a malicious user is able to physically connect to a data center switch/port then you have bigger problems to worry about :)

I hope this helps!
