When Defining ANyconenct Resource in ISE for Posture checks during VPN. I only see option for WIndows.
Do we have availability to do same with do with Windows on MAC?

Yes, you can do the same for Mac OSX. Download the Mac OSX installation package from cisco.com and upload it to ISE and you will see it listed along with Windows when trying to create AnyConnect profile.
