Would like to know if someone could point a goog ACL Analyzer, free if it exists or  paid it first option not available.

What exactly are you trying to do? Perhaps give some examples?

If you are not very comfortable with CLI, you can try:

1. CCP: Cisco Configuration Professional (Routers)

2. ASDM: Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASA)

Both of those are GUI based and can be helpful.
