Application server not running

I have implemented ISE in our lab environment. Yesterday (11\10\2023) all of a sudden we were facing a power shutdown. Since then our ISE application has not run. In #show application status ise we can see only the database is running. The rest of the others are in a not running or disabled state. I have attached a pic of it. ISE Version 3.2.0

- Reboot the involved nodes and scrutinize the boot process (look for errors , if any) ,

Sounds like possible database corruption if the node wasn't shut down cleanly. I would open a TAC case if after reboot you are still seeing the same issue. But I would be prepared for a full rebuild and restore from configuration backup.
