I want to know how much delay I would get if I configure md5 authentication in my eigrp neighbors; I guess it is not much, but I 'd like to have the info, if somebody knows I'll apreciate it

Hello,
there will be no noticeable delay with EIGRP authentication. It will be a MD5 hash in the EIGRP packets and the time it costs is the processing time for generating the hash. This is in the order of microseconds and finally neglegible.
