Auto Smart Port and "if [[ $LINKUP == NO ]];...." not working

Dear sirs,

I have successfully configured network access on the ISE 2.3. On a successful authentication, a trigger is sent to the switch, then a specific macro is request from a TFTP server and applied to the interface.

shell trigger AP AP
macro auto execute AP remote tftp://x.x.x.x/ap.txt

This works great.

But for the event that the port changes to down, the switch does not respond with the corresponding trigger. I'm now looking my mistake.

I'm very grateful for a tip.

The macro I have attached in the appendix, I tried it with two times IF and IF ELSE. Unfortunately, neither brought any success

Kind regards

Kai
