You apparently have a number of feature enhancement requests and not completely clear what the business use case you are trying to solve. As suggested in other posts, it is best to work with Cisco account team to submit enhancement queries/requests based on business impact.
I will make assumption that you are asking about deployment of ISE on AWS. Although not a currently supported platform, I have heard of successful trials so there is promise. An ISE Product Manager can fill account team with more details under NDA.
Regarding flowlogs collection, I suspect this is a very different use case. ISE can consume Netflow for profile classification, but in general, if goal is to analyze traffic flows, then ISE is not the tool positioned for this function. Cisco offers high-performance and scalable solutions for traffic monitoring and analysis which can integrate with ISE. Based on what you are looking to achieve through flow analysis, Cisco sales team can direct you to most appropriate solution.
For example, Stealthwatch Cloud provides analysis of AWS flows.
