• Number of devices per user cannot be segregated per OU, this is only available for internal users and not for External LDAP/AD users.

Can you please confirm is it the limitation or whether it is in the roadmap.

Kannan,

It is not clear if asking a question or making a statement.  While it is true that we do not provide registration limits by OU, we can limit by user.  The Employee Registered Devices limit should apply to both internal and external users as we populate the PortalUser (attribute for tracking user registrant) with either identity.

For specific use case of limiting devices registered at OU level, this would require that you work with Cisco account team to submit enhancement.  As mentioned, we cannot discuss roadmap in this forum.
