Hi,
With a view to replicate an ISE deployment for testing purpose, I was wondering if it is possible to backup a configuration from a deployment and restore it on another ISE deloyment (with different node name, certs, IP)?
The main features used in our case are: 802.1x, Radius admin, TACACS, Guest portal and PxGrid (in case there are some points to check for these specific features)

Yes, it is possible to restore the configuration to another instance. See the Cisco ISE Restore Operation section of the Admin Guide for the version of ISE you are running for guidelines and restrictions.
Example for ISE 3.2:
