Block IPs after consecutive failed authentications

I was wondering if there is a solution to block an IP on Cisco FMC running 7.0.6-236 after consecutive login attempts through Cisco ISE running 3.1.0.518?

May be you can do out of the box using API based on the Logs using scripting - not seen ready made solution.
