So I'm able to add devices and get them on the network, but when I view the 'My Devices Portal' - the Device status always shows 'Not Registered'.
How long does it take to show up as 'Registered'?
Is this a bug?

Yes, it's a bug in the portal display.
If you look in the endpoint group or search for the endpoint in Context Explorer, you should see it registered.

We expect the fix to be in release 2.1 Patch 2. For 2.0, Patch 4 (released 30 Sep 2016) is supposed to fix it..

Thanks - according to TAC the patch for 2.1 is due in December 2016.
