Can I buy AnyConnect to use with ISE without an ASA

We have recently bought ISE with Anyconnect licenses but we couldn't activate the Anyconnect licenses as we don't have an ASA

Is there any way to use the full Anyconnect client without an ASA ?

@cegsm yes you can buy AnyConnect aka Secure Client without an ASA or FTD.

When the anyconnect ended ?

I think you need router or asa as end of vpn.
