Can ISE do IP and MAC binding check?

Can ISE do IP and MAC binding check?

 

For example , we have Computer A    192.168.1.1    00-00-00-00-00-01

                                      Computer B    192.168.1.2   00-00-00-00-00-02

Only the device which have correct IP and correct MAC  can access the network.

IF I change computer a's ip from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.11 , then I will be blocked.

ISE can bind machine with user. check
