Can't add endpoints in ISE

Hi!

I try to add more than 100 endpoints in cisco ISE-2.3 using "import csv file in Context Visibility -> Endpoints -> Import -> Import from file". But I can't add and in ISE I see information: "Out of 365 endpoints presented, 0 endpoint(s) have been imported successfully. IdentityGroup is invalid for endpoint(s): [1,2,3.....]"

The necessary IdentityGroup is already created.

Have any ideas why this happens and how it's fix?

This issue could be the same as this, it was resolved by installing ISE 2.3 patch 2

I have imported multiple times over 10K entries with no issues. Even though the CSV Template has so many fields/columns, you only need the 3 initial ones. If you get an invalid endpoint group is because that row has incorrect information. DO NOT modify the template format just copy and paste plain text.
