Can we use ACS to schedule device access.

I need to schedule some engineers to access the lab in june only so can I use ACS to control this?

all the devices are configured with ACS.

Yes you can. Create the local user (or domain user) and have the account expire at the end of June.

My actual requirement is to set start time on June 1st for four hours only.

I dont think that ACS supports future reservation..

If you check out the group settings (may have to create a new group for him), you should see Default Time-of-Day Access Settings. There you could set the fours hours of access. His account should only be valid for the one day as well.
