Cannot Add Cisco NAC CAS to CAM

Hello,

both server are working ok and they can ping each other, but when I try to add CAS into CAM it says:

Failed to add server: Could not connect to 10.10.20.100    

Any idea what this problem could be?

Which mode are you trying to add CAS in?

Also, what VLANS are they on?

trusted VLAN i mean (eth0)

OOB mode

the CAM in VLAN10

both CAS interface are in VLAN20

Is it VGW or Real-IP?

it's VGW, I'm using evaluation Lic, as described by cisco it allows you to use one CAS server, for one month.

I reinstalled the servers, reconfigured them, nothing working!

is there any config I have to do in the CAS to successfully added it into CAM?

Could you turn on trace on CAS and CAM and share the logs?

try re-adding once before starting the log collection.
