Hi Cisco support,

for your assistance please on the below error as we can't backup Cisco ISE.

ISE Version: 1.4.0.253 no patch

% Warning: Waiting up to 1200 seconds for DB_LOCK_EXPDP_UPGRADE to finish...
% Warning: Cannot continue backup as DB_LOCK_EXPDP_UPGRADE is running
% The backup is cancelled

It looks like you have an upgrade process that is stuck. Have you tried to reload the ISE node/environment? 

I would also highly suggest that you upgrade to 2.x platform and if that is not possible at the minimum install the latest patch.
